CD doesn't work and publisher ignored e-mail

Bought this and another book in the series. Read the reviews about CDs not working, but if it didn't, the publisher apparently sent new ones, so took a chance. Well, the CDs didn't work, and I've sent two e-mails to the publisher with no response. Will be returning this. The ideas in the book are good, but gave it one star because in my opinion the description is intentionally deceptive, as the CDs don't work, which is a major reason for buying it, and the publisher doesn't fix the problem.Given the lack of response from the publisher, I wouldn't buy any of their books if you actually want the CD that is supposed to come with it.

A Great Packaging Reference Book

Very informative and great reference book for product and project development individuals in my line of work. Give a very clear and precise die-cut examples. This is great if the client you are working with has a limited budget, but needs a point of reference for costing a full product with packaging.
The first CD in it did not work, I sent an email to Pepin Press and was quite surprised and delighted to know that they actually reply to a customer's request. I thankfully got a working replacement CD in the mail a few weeks later. Will purchase another book by the same author or publishing company in my future needs.

Good Book. CD doesn't work but publisher will ship replacement.

I love the content of this book but was very disappointed to find that the included CD ROMs simply don't work. I emailed the publisher and they are aware of the problem. After a few weeks and a reminder email, they shipped the replacements which work perfectly well. A little hassle, but worth it for great content.
